Q: How long after placing my order will my item ship?
A: Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. We do our best to ship items within 24 hours of payment.
Q: Are these items made to order or is there a delay once my order is placed?
A: All items marked in stock are in stock and ready to be shipped.
Q: Do you use original and authentic scarves to make your pillows?
A: Yes, all of our scarves are 100% originals and authentic. They are procured either directly from the designer or through retail buyers.
Q: What is your return policy
A: All items are returnable for a full refund with the exception of and custom and sale items. Items are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date and must be in its original selling condition with all tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case that an incorrect item was sent then we will pay to have it shipped back to us.
